Workforce Readiness Seminars

The Foundation offers Workforce Readiness Seminars on an ongoing basis to better support those seeking career opportunities. The Seminars are designed to benefit scholarship recipients through the Workforce Training Scholarship Program, but the seminars are open to the general public as well. The Workforce Readiness Seminars are designed to help job seekers develop professional skills for landing and keeping jobs. The seminars cover professional skills in five areas: interviewing, networking, resume writing, interview preparation and setting career goals. The program is offered free of charge to the general public through funding from Sasol, Shell and numerous generous individual donors.
