Out of the Blue Fund

This Fund promotes the relationship between law enforcement and citizens. Police officers will identify needs they see frequently, such as children in need of car seats, and provide vouchers to receive the item.  Catholic Charities will provide the items through grants from the Out of the Blue Fund. 

Donations to the Community Foundation of Southwest Louisiana are processed by our affiliate, the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. The link below leads to a page on their website.
