Board of Directors – The Community Foundation of Southwest Louisiana is governed by a board composed of not less than three and no more than 18 members. Directors serve three-year terms and may serve two consecutive terms, after which they must rotate off for at least one year.

Officers - The Foundation’s officers are elected annually from among the board and—with the exception of the President/CEO—serve one year terms. Officers may serve two consecutive terms, after which they must rotate off for at least one term. Officers include a chair, a vice chair, a president/CEO, a secretary, a treasurer and other officers as elected by the board.
